Common Issues & Fixes

I ran into a couple of small snags during setup and use. Here are the solutions I found that worked.

Wi-Fi Won’t Connect to Phone

The problem: Your phone can’t find the dash cam’s WiFi network during setup.

My fix: Make sure the dash cam is fully powered on (the blue light is on). Then, go into your phone’s WiFi settings and manually look for a network named something like “Galphi-XXXX”. Connect there first, then open the app.
